TOWER Athletica
Tower Pilates combines traditional classical Pilates with a suspended bar and springs attached to a Pilates tower.
Using support from the trapeze, you’ll improve strength, flexibility, posture and spinal mobility while feeling safely assisted and challenged at the same time. Private or Duet Sessions are suitable for all levels and can be adapted for rehabilitation, fitness, or athletic conditioning. Semi-Private sessions of three clients are available from February 2026.

Basic REFORMER
Reformer Pilates offers a low-impact, adaptable exercise method ideal for beginners and those rehabbing injuries. Using a specialized machine with adjustable resistance, it supports controlled, precise movements that improve strength, flexibility, and alignment. The reformer’s design helps reduce strain on joints while promoting muscle balance and core stability, making it a safe and effective option for injury recovery and building foundational fitness.
Our Basic session will strengthen and stretch your body through a simple, repetitive, and easy-to-follow class structure. First-timers, pregnant individuals, and those recovering from injuries are encouraged to join us.

Tone & Athletic
Pilates Reformer with props combines the strength and precision of traditional Reformer exercises with added tools like resistance bands, balls, jump boards and small weights. This fusion enhances flexibility, balance, and muscle tone by providing varied levels of resistance and support. Ideal for all fitness levels, using props on the Reformer encourages deeper engagement of core muscles, improves alignment, and promotes mindful movement for a well-rounded, effective workout.

Designed for experienced clients, it incorporates complex sequences and faster transitions to elevate endurance and muscular coordination. Our most advanced class, we expect you have a basic understanding of your springs and body needs to enable us to flow through fun sequences and challenges.
